Looks pretty awful but the second of three concrete pours was done today, covering the breakfast room, kitchen, and kitchen sitting room. The house is cold and uncomfortable while this work is being done but in two days we'll have the final pour, and the worse bit will be behind us I think. Expansion joints will be cut in a few days and we'll be waiting for quite a while as the floors cure.
Looks messy at the moment but this is neat as a pin compared to what it looks like when it's actually being poured. Think mudslide inside your house.
