Colors Coming Together

Our interior designer, Sonja Knutsen, has been working very hard with all the renovations, helping us with decisions about the doors, the floors, and colors.  Now we are beginning to form the actual plans for decorating.  I put together this idea board that shows some of what we might be doing. This is a rough hint because, well, I'm not very good at putting together idea boards. Click on it for a bigger view.

I really love the fabric selections and the furniture selections which come from A. Rudin and Lee Industries. Some of the fabrics were picked out with our dogs in mind.  For example, we will be using a Sunbrella fabric on the sectional for the TV Room called Plush Mink.  It's so soft and nice that it's hard to believe it's an outdoor grade fabric! Sonja called all the leathers we'll be using "bulletproof" too so I think the dogs shouldn't be able to hurt anything.  We'll start ordering furniture pieces soon.
